For Premium Content Licensed from www.LSAportfolios.com (the “Site”)
To cancel any recurring subscription Subscriber must send an email to email@example.com. Subscriptions must be cancelled before scheduled renewal dates to avoid incurring future recurring credit card charges. Subscriber must include its Username and Password in the message when cancelling. Subscribers of new or renewed subscriptions of six months or longer are entitled to a limited, pro-rated refund if cancellation is received by Company within the first 30 days of the subscription. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but will not be provided pro-rated refunds.
While Company contracts out all payment operations to third party vendors such as 1ShoppingCart, some outsourced vendors will notify subscribers before recurring subscriptions take place and some may not. If Subscriber is auto-renewed for another period and then wants to either extend or cancel that subscription, Subscriber must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting extension or cancellation.
Due to billing cycles, any refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.
DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH ANY REFUND MESSAGE OR IN ANY OTHER E-MAIL MESSAGE TO COMPANY.
